The States of Louisanna and Masssachusetts have come off the States'
Olmstead brief!!!   That's 15 off, 11 to go.  Keep it up, great work!

Also the City of El Paso passed a resolution supporting most integrated
setting and calling on the Governor and Attorney General of Texas to get off
the brief.

Would your city and/or county do a resolution like this?  And send it to the
National League of Cities/National Assn of Counties?  US Conf. of Mayors?
etc. as appropriate?
