i actually wondered if i could get out of bed. after you get moving it gets
a little better, but the first rising is pretty bad. and yes, altitude can
affect your sinuses. i bet it'll take you a week to get simi over the trip.

Colorado
and I ache all over. My knees or hurting and my back has cramps. Plus, we

to Cripple Creek(Elevation: 10,000 ft. +) and my head was hurting the entire
time and I got nose bleeds of all things.
