There are some bugs, as it works by virtue of 1) a dictionary, and 2)
deconstructing phonemes.  In other words, if you come across, say, a brand
name like iMac, it doesn't have it in the dictionary, so it works out the
phonics and comes up with "imick".  Doesn't do vulgarity well either, for
some reason.  Good for a laugh, though.  My big task now is to write
justification for the license.  Since this is an election year, it may be a
hard sell (republican incumbents don't like to spend money, even if it is
for the greater good).  Oy!

    This is some neat. We have come along way since compressed speech of the
'60's.
I used to read about it from DOD when I worked in DC.
