At work I have "DragonDictate" instead of "DragonDictate
NaturallySpeaking" and it works wonderful. At home, I tried
using DragonDictate NaturallySpeaking and it does NOT work with
          my palsy accent at all.

I tried (on several occasions) to get DragonDictate to do an
exchange, NaturallySpeaking for DragonDictate but had no luck.
So my way of thinking is, go with DragonDictate.
