Aw Rats! The file was 695 lines and the listserver won't take over 600. If
anybody would like to read this story (yeah, it's got CP stuff in it) let me
know and I'll forward it to you. Remember, it's in Word '97 format

Ya know, if you want it bad enough, you'll find a way to do it. I just
thought of something...In case anybody wants to read an "intentional"
tear-jerker, I'm attaching a Microsoft Word document that I sold to a
national outdoor pub (I'll tell you which one when I get and cash their
check). Anyway, it's about my experiences growing up hunting with my
father. It's supposed to be a "nostalgia" piece, so if it gets sappy,
that's the intent. What the 'ell...it sold! ;>)

(BTW--hen (female) pheasants are illegal to shoot. You'll understand if you
read)

I consulted with some PWD organizations in upstate New York back in 1997. I
have the funniest anecdote about two of those guys hunting deer. One of
them had a general growth disorder similar to dwarfism. He had arms similar
to a seal's flipper, but he used a full sized 30.06 deer rifle to hunt by
using a camera
trip mounted with a gun rack. He also used a Buntline .357 pistol. I've got
a photo of him with the buck he shot.
