that person will more than likely tell you what the
coin is worth at retail, unless he is just a indian
cent lover, will not actually offer to buy it, but,
then you'll have something in you mind to work with if
you then try to sell to a coin dealer. most dealers
are honest, but, there are a few that might try to
tell you that it is a lower  grade and offer you less
than it is really worth.
