Tamar and John,

Probably not, as it's not a criminal matter or rights violation, but
there are people who are well versed in social security regs. I know
a couple in Wyoming, and the IL folks in Idaho probably know some
there, John, if you'd like I can give you contact info for the guy I
know in Casper; since the controlling regs/statutes are federal, he
can probably help.

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all
progress depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
