No actually there is quite a bit of DV in higher income homes, even 
more covered up. I was responding to the earlier assertion that rural 
communities do not have the same problems as urban communities and 
per capita I think they do. I am not saying all rural people abuse 
their kids but I am saying some do. I am saying it is faulty thinking 
to imagine the rural communities as less problematic or even idyllic 
because often they have big problems. Moses Lake residents used to 
meet the train with baseball bats in hand to stop the African 
Americans from debarking. Per capita the murder rate is much higher 
than urban areas. Many rural counties are all white for instance. I 
think that is a problem in a secular society.
