Elizabeth,
    I use Internet Explorer and a Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 712 C printer.
I've never tried to use it for maps, but I have one suggestion. Click File,
ClickPrint, this should bring up the printer menu. On the upper right hand
side they should be a box labeled properties.Click it. That brings up the
printer settings menu. Click the tab marked features. In the middle of the
features menu you should see a box called Orientation. Click on the circle
next to Landscape. This changes the settings so that your map will print out
sideways, like a spreadsheet. Hopefully, it will let you print out the whole
map, running across several pages. Good luck! Susan
P.S. Let me know if it works.
