actually mike i don;t think liberals or consevatives
have really caused the problems you are speaking of, i
think it is limited resources that would be limited no
matter who is in power, but, we'll soon be able to see
if the liberals being in power will change the
situation. i hope for your good that it does make a
difference, but, i am going to be supprised if it
does.
