The Minnesota Attorney General (AG) has agreed to sign on to a states'
brief
SUPPORTING the constitutionality of the ADA in Dickson and Alsbrook

In their meetings with their Attorney General, advocates (THANKS) found
it
helpful to remind their Attorney General that he had just signed on to a
Supreme
Court brief supporting the constitutionality of the Violence
Against Women Act.  The other states that signed on to this brief, filed
this
past November, are:

Arizona, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware,
Georgia,
Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montan, Nevada, New
Hampshire,
New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon,
Rhode
Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and
Wisconsin.

Get YOUR state (Contact your Governor and AG.) to sign on to the brief
SUPPORTING the constitutionality of the ADA.
