I was riding horses before they called it hippotherapy. sure, it was a bit of a drive, but mom saw how much i loved it, so most sundays for 3 years. i was in therapy at grammar school, and also three days a week i went to a clinic for math and spelling tutoring, and then in 5th grade i put my foot down, and refused to work with the school pt because i had been doing the same damn exercises for 4 years! so then mom enrolled me in a really fun and innovative exercse program at the same clinic. so, yes, find some fun stuff to do!

Thanks,
Tamar

We've done hippotherapy also.... In our case, that requires a 30
minute drive out of the city, so no real time saved, but our daughter
does like it. Will probably resume it come summer.
