mrs mckinny represents the 4th district of georgia.
she has a history of claiming racism anytime she gets
herself into something which is quite often. she comes
by it honestly as her dad was a state rep in the state
legislature and he once threatened "to cut" another
rep on the floor of the house. he too will clain
racism if critisied at all. why they keep electing
her, i do not know. there has been other democrates
that run that would not be such an embrassment. it is
totally a democratic seat, but why her?
