Wow.... Then Cheney just wasn't paying attention. I mean that's how most accident happen, your attention wanders, you are to busy talking.......

Nope, the news say he was wearing an orange jacket. Which makes me  
wonder about Mr. Cheney's ability to tell a human from a quail!
