Our DMV is always a "mad house". Our "wise" state legislature decided you
needed no documention except a SS# inorder to get a driver's license to
accommodate migrant workers. This paved the way for terrorists to secure
licenses. After 9/11, I went there to get a new one in order to make ID
easier when I fly. Waited 2 hours!  One lady examiner was caught selling
licenses to people from the Middle East. The day before her court appearance
her car burned with her in it and they ruled it suicide!
