OK a few suggestions before you go out and buy a new pc:

!) Do you have the meximum amount of memory installed on it?
2) Have you defragged your hard drive?
3) Have you deleted all unnecessary files?
4) Have you closed dowln all unnecessarily runnning programs/processes?
