Kyle,

I agree with you 100 percent.  I also think we need to consider, as I'd said
before, that we would be seen as the aggressors in this case, and could very
well be charged with war crimes and hauled before the World Court in The
Hague.  And that would be very expensive for the US in terms of
international relations as well as monetary terms.   I think we have more to
lose than to gain by perusing such an action.
