The segment on the Today Show was about the Dr. and what she is doing with
kids, but I didn't see it myself. A friend told me about it and I checked
out the website. The Dr. herself has CP so I was immediately interested.
I do tons of things...daily stretching, water aerobics twice a week, yoga
once a week, occasional lifting weights...but since I had my hamstrings
lengthened two summers ago, I still am unable to do some things I could do
pre-surgery. So I have been a bit frustrated that I am taking so long.
