I know that I probably shouldn't be questioning this guy, but he has a
history himself of burning bridges calling for more problems.  I know when
he was living in Minnesota, he had lots of attendant care problems, but he
wasn't using his communication device to communicate with them, so they were
spending most of their time just to figure out what he was saying
frustrating the attendants.  Don't get me wrong, I know we do have some bad
apples as attendants but most are good and want to help, but if they don't
understand the client's communication it leads to frustration.

Ohio mrdd is famous for this kind of thing. I used to have a friend with
cp, who lives in ohio. I don't think this guyis making it up.
