Yeah, that's pretty much what he uses the clonus for. It's sort of a joke to him, especially if he can start up against a table leg while his siblings are pouring something and get them to make a spill. I think his natural personality is class clown. He doesn't let the CP slow him down much at all. It took a bit to convince his PT and OT that he could stimulate the clonus, though. They kept talking about "involuntary reflexes," but a doc can stimulate those in a patient just fine.
 
So the "convenience" (for him) of certain gagging episodes makes me a bit suspicious....
