Just wanted you all to know that I am still losing wait and walked about a
quarter mile without stopping to catch my breathe. I thought it was CP and
all it was obesity!
    Where I walked was neat. It is on county property and it is called Shelby
Farms (after Shelby County). There is a good sized lake with Canadian geese.
Some of the
geese had goslings and they are cute. They also have buffalo and longhorn
cattle (in a separate field of course).
