I know that, you know that and the blind people know that :-)

But if they know where the brail plaque / board or whatever is, - Then they would have already read it.

If they dont know where the braille board is, Then they need a sighted person to tell them :-)

Ok - i know about independence - but remember, ive got a weird sense of humor :-)
