there is quite a number of spinoffs from technology with the military and
nasa.

First, I do not think HBOT is the center piece of any Medicare legislation.
I
forget who has been in control of Congress for the last eight years. HBOT
has
great promise, but is still, to my knowledge , not recognized as a
"mainsteam"
treatment technique. It has great potential in some cases, but I fail to see
its connection who is and is not in power.

    For your information, the one thing the GOP does well is to build our
military. I am all for this for many reason. One of which happens to be the
spin offs of military research. HBO was first used, I believe, by the US Air
Force as a treatment for the "bends" in pilots whose cockpits depressurized.
This is how they discovered its other
healing properties.
