No as they are programmed with entirely different aims in mind -
Mozilla/Netscape to provide an integrated email/browser package that's
mutl-platform and Outlook as solely for Windows users.

You really should wean Judy and Ben away from Outlook Express as it's full of
security holes. even with the up-to-date patches Microsoft issues.  My hard
drive got hosed by a virus that got through my email even though I had a
virus scan, a firewall, and all the patches installed.  Now I'm running Linux
which is a lot less resource-hungry and more secure.
