Subject: Ethel Louise Armstrong Foundation

Ethel Louise Armstrong Foundation

The Foundation awards grants to support programs for people with
disabilities, especially women and girls; and gives scholarships to
women
with disabilities to pursue advanced degrees. Programs should be led by
or
support the work of people with disabilities, with a focus on programs
for
women and girls. The foundation looks for programs with local support
that
meet the needs of people with disabilities in the community. Interest
areas
include education, advocacy, mentoring and leadership development, as
well
as arts access and promotion of the work of disabled artists.
