it has been a while since hearing from carla, this
should intice her to post and get an answer to my
question too.

it concerns vitamin c. is it true that humans and
quinia pigs are thhe only mammals that do not produce
there own vitimin c? if so it would make lots of
sence to takeit in a supplement. especially thetimed
released ester c for since 80 % is gone in 12 hours.
the governments requirements are only 66 mg. i am told
that is only enough to prevent scurvy. more will help
the body in many ways, but how much more?
