you know, bobby, one of the things i keep telling myself is that if i were
retired, i'd have more time to take care of myself. obviously that is not
true. i'll have to force the issue of taking the time to take care of
myself, retired or not.

Yep, but it is spelled "seefood"! Really, since retiring I have really done

job in my head about "the hell with it". I need to get out and exercise. My
