I've had it my nails would dig into my left hand. I had a splint but my hand
crushed it so I sleep with a sock in my hand. It may sound strange but it
works.

Where is the pain located? if it is the legs a pillow between the knees may
help take some of the pain away. Just one night just observe speeping
patterns then you can better assess the problem.
