Sorry Kyle, I didn't mean to imply I had NO pain..just that it isn't my
constant companion YET.I do have occasional bouts of lower back pain.In
addition, I stretched a ligament way out of wack a couple years ago & now
that leg lets me know loud & clear if I've made too quick a turn. It also has
a way of signaling a change in the weather.I agree with your advice about
treating our bodies well now.Preserving what we have is easier than trying to
regain it later.
