aaci jerusalem and the jerusalem post have both distributed handbooks
in english for preparation for an emergency. aaci mailed them to their
members and the post used the one composed by the home front command in
several languages.
if, for some reason, people do not have one, you might want to telephone
aaci in jerusalem at 02 561-7151 to see if they will send you one
without a request for a donation. i do not know if they have a policy
on this.
i see that the home front command information center phone number is
12-55-111. i am not sure if you can speak to someone to requst a
booklet. i know that i received one in the mail in hebrew.
