We love "Doo-boys", Kendall. You can't get your mail delivered by a
quarter-horse riding cowgirl in Ohio, that's for sure. Laura and I have
talked about retiring there since the winters are a bit milder on the
Wind River. Probably won't happen.

There was a narrative published during the first couple years of the
Iraq war titled, "Taking Chance", that referenced Dubois. It was
written by a light bird marine who was escorting the body a young lance
corporal (Chance Phelps) home to be buried in Dubois. Very moving
stuff, for me. I'm hoping to visit LCpl Phelps' grave and render
honors. I would recommend Googling the story. It's written well.

Kyle

As a native, I prefer the third week in September, when the majority of
tourists have gone home and the weather is still good, but late July or
early August are about perfect weather wise. If Benjamin is in
school...

Dubois is also pretty nice (just don't call it Doobwah!). The former
president of UW was named Dubois, and pronounced it "correctly" his
first
time there, and was nearly run out of town on a rail.

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all
progress
depends on the unreasonable man.
