the state dept of vocational rehab is a state agency. if your particular
office is not performing as well as the office serving your friends child,
maybe, it is time to have your state legistor represent you.

Judi,

    Stay on their backs. I was in a meeting with the Director of
Rehabilitations Services in our state(TN) and he stated that they are
sponsoring over 6,000 clients in college and we are a poor state!
