Are you noticing any other symptoms like pain or nausea. I know my blood
pressure goes during these times also, not that high though. Do you think
it's time to see the cardio?

Subject: i have a blood pressure problem

last friday at a routine checkup, my do found that my blood pressure was
very high. in the last week even doing double does of my regular bp med, and
then adding another med. my bp is as of this morning still 180/100. today i
have also doubled the new meds. i visit a firestation every day to keep it
monitored. i have had the firement/parameds to want to take me to the
hospital once and several times go over the symptoms of stroke before
letting me out the door and tell me that if i even feel bad to call 911. so
i have had some pretty high stuff.

i have had quite a lot of stress over a long time period from one thing on
top of another without going into great detail. but, with it being so hard
to get it to come down by doubling, adding and then doubling the new meds
too, i am beging to wonder what else besides stress might me the root of
this.

any of you have any experience with this type stuff?
you few medical types have any ideas?

cp is enough without adding a stroke.
