From what I've been told, if you aren't walking normally your hip
sockets don't develop properly.   I don't know to what extent PT, and
in particular e-stim, can help, but I do know we've been told to do as
much PT as possible for our daughter since she does not walk and is in
danger of having hip problems (x-rays already indicate some problems).
