ok.  Got to work, and one of the "men", was on here.  He says "We can't get
IE to open."  Sure enough.  If I click the desktop shortcut or IE under
programs in Start Menu...I get an internal error.  HOWEVER, smart lil ole
me, logs onto MSN and voila!  IE comes up... and I can go to any www.  (Was
looking for fares for my vacation! :-)  )  Anyway...  any suggestions out
there?

Not sure if "we" have an IE disc or not...  the men don't know either!  But
I'm smiling.
