Sorry, Kyle, Pelswick is created by my all time heroe, John Callahan. I am
not sure how much control he has over each script, but he is a recovering
alcoholic quadriplegic cartooni(oh my...no people first language). Anyway, he
seems quite proud of his cartoon character, Pelswick.
