Ken, did you see the history channel's documentaries on Islamic
fundamentalists? I was just wondering if you had, and what you thought
about the documentaries.

well if it would work it would be better, but, you
yourself had to assume the terrorist was going to be
of less intelligence. and my whole point is that it is
not likely that a war can be won if you treat every
enemy person like and american law breaker. are we
going to strat reading rights as we are capturing
enemy fighters? what about discovery, how will you
keep classified imformation sevret in a civil court
when you get to the discovery process. there is a
reason why article 2 gives the president certainpowers
during war time thathe does not have at other times.

it was implied that i was being simplistic in thinking
evverything is black ands white. so i put that case
out there to see if anyone could give me a way to get
the one terrorist to give up any information without
violating the constitution (assuming we gave those
rights). not one plan came in but yours, and yet it
would violate the rights if they were given, even if
we assume the terrorist were dumb enough to fall for
it.

not a one gave a credible plan. now multiply the
number of terrorist involved by thousands, and
multiply the number of people who could be killed if
intelligence fails to stop plots, and you are looking
at how hard it is for our government people trying to
protect the country.

and if you guys are challenged with this logic, the
best you do is accuss us of questioning your
patriotism. especially after i challenged on our
troops killing children. not on purpose they don't.
