No, its literal! It was a double-decker with a door at the front for people
getting on and a door in the middle for people getting off. The middle door
was a concertina affair driven by compressed air with an unfortunate 'blind
spot' that the driver couldn't see in his fish-eye mirror, so as he shut the
door her body was inside but her head out!!
