Kathy,

I think we've visited this discussion before. In and of itself, cp doesn't
not get worse with age. We simply experience the implications of aging more
rapidly than our able-bodied peers by the very nature of the way we move. We
expend a lot of energy doing those things that the able-bodied do with ease.
With that expenditure of energy is stepped up fatigue, a proneness to catch
colds easily (unless you take your vitamins!) and possible disturbances in
sleep due to over-fatigue. There are a number of things we can do to counter
the effects of these slams against our already compromised physical bodies.
How about we share what we currently do to manage our own daily battles with
aging. You already know what I do :)

Cheers!

Carla
