sure is good to hear from you mr. cleveland. i have
just in the past 2 weeks move to alabama becouse i
could no longer afford to live in the atlanta area. i
do not know for a fact that i can afford to live here,
but am hoping that there is a better chance here. 
  it sure is good to hear from you.
