Hi, Carla,

I'm taking 400 mg a day. It is hard to say about the fatigue because
I started having those problems with my neck after I began taking it,
so that of course caused more fatigue than usual. Although I have
been sleeping better ie no more nightmares (I have had screaming
nightmares at least once a week. from the age of 7 to the beginning of
Feb this year). I am having more fatigue at the moment, I have a
tendency to winter depression (WHAT a delicate little flower I am,
eh!) so that doesn't help with the fatigue, just want to hibernate,
and growl at anyone who disturbs me!

Just had blood taken at the dr's the other day to check for thyroid
problems in case that is causing any extra fatigue.

    Hi Rayna,

Do you notice any change in the fatigue factor since taking the magnesium? How much are
    you taking?
