Heck of an excuse, wasn't it?  The way the court parking is arranged, if I
had blocked her car, I would have blocked another car as well.

I should have gone in her car and turned the radio knob all the way up.  I
don't know why I didn't think of that.  I did it enough times to the siren in
the fire chief's car.  I know for a fact that man has ptsd, because I gave it
to him.
