Hello, I am new to the list. I live in Virginia, and I am 46 years old.
I live alone. and Bobby I read your post about  stiff joints. I have
really stiff joints in the morning. and I remember black and white tv.
and when gas was 25cents a gallon. thoses days are gone for sure. I feel
older than 46 sometimes when my joints get so stiff I can not move with
out a lot of pain.  If anyone wants to ask me anything, feel free I will
