That's the truth.  But, Amtrak is the biggest system we have.  They really
need it to work better such as not having to wait for other trains, better
integration with local transport and services, better terminals, etc.

well, kat,  the feds have put some money in amtrac, but, i do not call
amtrac a system. have you seew a route map? i don't know that the feds have
an answer, but, a real train system is going to take more than what is going
on right now.
