i know you can't wait. don't have any grandchildern of my own yet. but my
daughter is engaged now. how's that childrens  ditty go? "first comes love,
then comes marriage, then...."

the good thing about grandkids is that you can spoil the heck out of them,
get them all  hyper, then hand them back to their mom and dad.

    I am not offended by "Gramps", although I do prefer "Papa" since that is
what my grandkids called me and also it was Ernest Hemingway's nickname(yes,
I have my grandiose moments!). I just talked to the grandkids by phone, but
I
can't wait to be with them all the time  in Texas.
