Hi Anee,
  Since I'm the appointed chef on the list, I invite you to visit my Appliance

recipes there.

  I find counter top appliances the best. Most of my main dishes take no more
than 15 mins prep time and 30 mins cook time. Best thing I have is a multi-pot by
Toastmaster (US/Canada) it's a steamer, slow cooker and deep fryer in one. Also,
my microwave-convection oven makes meal prep very fast. Toaster ovens are great
for cooking for one person, and you can find all kinds of recipes on line that
uses one.
