Ditto what Ken said; are you looking for a car rental company when you
travel?  If so, do you need a wheelchair accessible vehicle you can
drive?  If so, here are a couple of companies that do that through
national franchises, but there are a few places they don't cover well
(Including Wyoming - Imagine that!).

Another thing you might want to try is people who sell adapted vans.
They often rent the ones that come in as trade-ins until they sell them.
