well deri reduced it to the best short advice. 

but yes, i have heard of "dusting" as they call the breathing of the air meant to dust your keyboards. the chemical used to expell the air from  the can is heavier than air and can cut the oxygen from the lungs as it settles in the lungs. the "high" is caused by lack of oxygen to the brain for a second if one is lucky. it can kill on the first try or any try.
