One man's defense is another man's offense.  Star wars, Reagan and the
"Evil Empire" taught us that.  I don't think we have the moral

Bobby, are you then saying we are a law unto ourselves?  I hate what the
terrorists did, and I also know the fear Ken has about the world court,
but to be the only world superpower is a terrible responsibility, and
dare I say it, a curse. The old saw, "Power corrupts, and absolute power
corrupts absolutely," comes to mind here.  I don't know what the answer
is, but I have a problem with being "the only one with 'th' big
shtick.'"   I don't want us to sink to the level of the terrorists.
