I forgot to add one more thing..This agency was conceived during the 1st FDR
administration (1935) & wasn't downsized until the late 80's or early
90's..It takes a long time for anything in government to get done..let alone
undone. The one good thing was it did provide us with a "livelihood" while my
husband was laid off.
